How do I track my order?

Please allow 48 business hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

Most items will be delivered within 12 business days from the ship date, unless expedited shipping was request (additional fee applies to expedite shipping, which varies depending on the size, weight of the product and service).

Once your item/order is shipped, tracking information will be automatically e-mailed to you or you may call to obtain this information. It may take up to 48 hours to see movement on the carrier’s tracking page (USPS or FedEx).


Electrical goods are covered under a one year manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions for each item varies depending on the product brand and manufacturer. Product’s warranty information will be included with your shipment. 

Some items are eligible for an optional product protection plan which can be purchase for an additional cost directly from the product/brand manufacturer, warranty plans, cost and conditions are solely responsibility and according to the manufacture’s discretion. Otherwise, items are sold as is. Please contact the brand manufacturers directly with any questions regarding your warranty.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting us immediately by email or by phone 661.489.7681. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected items, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please do not discard any items unless we authorize you to do so.

Order Cancellation

Most orders can be canceled within the same day of purchase, since all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from purchased. Once order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are not allowed.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased from, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise stated in the fine print of the deal section.

Only unopened items packed in the original product packaging are eligible for a refund or credit. After fourteen days of the delivery date, all items purchased through are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Final sale items cannot be returned. Shipping and handling on all returns are responsibly of the sender. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after returned items are received at our warehouse for credit to be processed.
